The Caffè Bar & Restaurant
Lunch, fed by the counter.
Through the back of the shop, a converted warehouse under a pitched timber ceiling — skylights, sage-green walls, and a kitchen supplied directly by Scotland’s oldest deli.
The room
Timber beams, gallery walls, green seats.
Round wooden tables, bentwood chairs, framed pictures on every wall and plants in the corners — a room that feels like the family’s dining room grew a kitchen.
Everything on the plate starts life at the counter out front: the cheese, the Fonteluna®, the Monday produce, the coffee roasted in-house to Carlo’s 1993 recipe.
